Our Secure Shopping and Customer Satisfaction Policy

Pursuant to Article 15 of the Distance Contracts Regulation under Consumer Law No. 6502:
There is no legal right to exchange or return for products whose price fluctuates depending on financial markets and is beyond the seller's control, and for products with value on the stock exchange (silver, gold, diamonds, etc.).
However, as Mineralist Gümüş, we prioritize customer satisfaction, so we offer the following:
After delivery:
•⁠ ⁠We offer an EXCHANGE right for notifications made within 48 hours.

For exchanges to be processed:
You can contact us via email or our WhatsApp line. The product must be sent complete with its box and, if applicable, its certificate. During our checks, the product must be unused and in resalable condition. Exchanges are not accepted for products found to have been used.

The shipping cost for the return and reshipment during an exchange is borne by the customer.

Returns and exchanges are not possible for custom-designed products or products produced with special measurements.

In cases arising from our company, the shipping fee is covered by Mineralist Gümüş.

If shipping is provided through our contracted shipping company, the shipping process is completed more securely and advantageously.
