Shipping and Delivery

Domestic orders are shipped with your chosen cargo company.

International orders are shipped with PTT Cargo.

Cargo deliveries cannot be made on weekends and public holidays; deliveries for orders falling on these dates will be made on the first business day thereafter.

Orders are delivered to cargo within 1-3 business days. The time it takes to reach you may vary depending on your address.

Delivery times for custom-made products vary according to production time. Delivery information and times for such products are specified on the product pages. For products where the time is not specified, please contact us.

Stock control of the products on our site is continuously performed by our online service team. If an instant stock problem occurs with the products in your order and they cannot be supplied, you will be informed by phone using the number in your membership details, and your refund will be quickly processed to the account you specify.

Shipping cost will be added to your order total.

When your order arrives, please check for any damage to the package before accepting it. If the box is damaged, without signing any delivery document, ask the cargo officer to draw up a "Damage Assessment Report" and return the package to the cargo officer along with the report.

Your order is under the assurance of Mineralist Silver until it is delivered to you by the cargo company.

If you wish, you can also pick up the products you ordered from our Bakırköy Store. To do this, simply select the "Pick up from store" option during the "Complete Order" stage. You will be notified by email when your products are ready for store pickup.
